The challenge is a great way to start your day. Each morning I woke up with a great reminder of a healthy habit I could easily implement into my day as a busy mom. I felt both challenged and equipped.
Making a healthy lifestyle change is hard and why guess at or take on the challenge by yourself. The 7-Day Healthy Habits Challenge was a great way to focus on just one aspect per day. The self reflection and sharing portion in the Facebook group was just the right way to communicate with others and share ideas/ways to easily incorporate the daily healthy habit into my already busy life. I didn't feel overwhelmed or pressured to do everything at once. The Facebook group served as a record of our conversations and was a way to inspire one another. If I needed to review a comment, the group was there to return to.
